FAQs
Do you take insurance?
We are an out of network provider and do not currently work with any insurance companies. Payments are accepted in cash, credit, HSA/FSA accounts. Superbills can be created upon request, but reimbursement from your insurance is not guaranteed. It is up to you to contact your insurance provider to determine reimbursement. You can read more about it on our blog here.
How do I schedule with Little Stories?
Because we come to you for services, there are many details involved in coordinating schedules based on location, travel time and type of visit. Due to the complications that would arise from families self scheduling we don’t provide access to our schedule, but instead connect with you to offer available times. Once we agree on a day and time, we add your appointment to our online portal. From there you have the ability to request a reschedule, cancel or receive reminders of your upcoming appointment. Don’t be shy, text, call or email us today to get started. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to scheduling.
How many visits can I schedule?
During our first visit, we will discuss recommendations and treatment strategies and determine a plan together. Because we don’t accept insurance, we can tailor our care to provide the best care plan for your family without the limitations of insurance mandates, which means you can have as many or as few as you need.
What should I expect at our visit?
If your concerns are related to feeding, we will schedule our visit to include a meal/snack. We will provide specific direction for what to include in the mealtime based on your concerns and questions so we have the best picture of what a meal looks like in your home and offer appropriate support.
